EARLY ARRIVERS / “PAINTING WITH A TWIST”
Come a day early and take in the sights.
Take the kids to the Fort Wayne Zoo
Enjoy a walk through the Botanical Gardens,
Go on a shopping spree at the Jefferson Pointe Shopping Plaza,
Compete at the Mini golf / Go-kart / Arcade Entertainment Center.
Enjoy thriving urban recreation, arts and culture at the Promenade Park on the Riverfront
These are just some of the many excursions available.
Later in the day we will have a "Paint -n- Sip” party.

Friday
MEET- N - GREET / RECEPTION
Welcome the families, deliver T-shirts, itinerary, recieve welcome gift bags at room check-in.
A reception with food and hors d'oeuvres served.
Purchase tickets for a raffle Auction (Feel free to bring an item to donate.)
All proceeds go to fund the next reunion.
Discuss family business. Honor our Matriarchs & Patriarchs,
Afterwards we will have a pool party at the hotel. (Don't forget your suit)!
Totally optional, you could also do your own thing.
Saturday
DAY AT THE PARK
A great day grillin ribs, fish, and much great food.
Take turns cranking the machine for old-fashioned, home-made ice cream and sno-cones.
They’ll be music, games, bouncy house, sports, team relay competitions, trophy awarded.
Saturday Evening
PAJAMA PARTY (Kids)
After the day at the park, we have a room reserved for all the younger cousins for a big pajama party, (Wearing pajamas is optional).
This is just a chance to wind down after having such a fun filled day. They can play games, activities, cards, watch a movie, make s’mores and an old-fashioned popcorn cart.

SCREEN GAMES (Older Youths)
There will be a room for older youths to get together to play group “Screen Games", party games, cards, or gaming. They can just hang out and socialize with each other. There will be refreshments available.
CHILL- n -LOUNGE (Adults)
We have created a “Lounge” for the Adults to comeback
and chill with some adult beverages and appetizers, karaoke,
music, dancing, group photo booth or to do your own thing.
(Feel free to hang out in any of the rooms)
